Shipping to the US
Here is some important info regarding the new tariffs implemented by the US government.
My website can now collect customs duties at checkout for all my US customers, this means that all fees and duties will be paid by you upfront, and there won't be any nasty surprise fees when your order is delivered.
My stickers incur a 10% fee as they are manufactured here in the UK, however items like washi tape have a 30% fee as they are manufactured in China.
If financially possible, I would highly recommend upgrading to tracked shipping at checkout for peace of mind, as you will be able to keep an eye on your order, as delays are likely at the moment due to all of these changes.
A little reminder that I am not responsible for any delays or lost orders in transit. If your order is over £20 and you have NOT paid for upgraded shipping (tracked services) I can only refund up to this amount if an item is declared lost.
All orders sent via tracked services can be claimed back for their entire amount.
