When will my order be dispatched? 

Orders are processed during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and we aim to dispatch them 1-2 times a week. Processing times are currently between 1-3 weeks, as it's just me working on the shop! These processing times may be extended during big sales or if we launch new releases... Please keep an eye on the announcement bar at the top of our website for the current processing times. Although if you need your order in time for a special occasion or by a certain time, please message me before hand and I will do my best to sort it out for you!

 

Where is my tracking?

By default our orders are dispatched from the UK via either 2nd Class post or International Standard, both of which are untracked services. This is to keep the shipping costs as affordable as possible for our customers... However we would always recommend that you purchase the upgraded shipping on your order, which includes tracking, to make sure it reaches you safely and promptly (especially if you have placed a larger order). 

 

When will I receive my order?

Transit times can vary massively at the moment due to postal strikes and seasonal delays, so please bear that in mind when ordering!

But based on our postal services information and personal experience these are some rough estimates as to how long it will take for your order to reach you: 

★ UK orders (untracked) - 1-10 working days 

★ UK orders (tracked) - 1-3 working days

★ Europe (untracked) - 1-6 weeks

★ Europe (tracked) - 1-3 weeks

★ US Mainland (untracked) - 1-6 weeks

★ US Mainland (tracked) - 1-3 weeks

★ Everywhere else - 1-8 weeks

 

I still haven't received my order, help?!

Please double check the estimated transit times as listed above, to make sure that the recommended waiting time has passed from your order being dispatched. If you still haven't received your order after that time has passed, please send us a message (info@stickwiththeplanco.com) and we will do our very best to get everything sorted out for you! 

 

I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, how do I change it?

Please message us as soon as possible with your name, order number and the correct address, and we will try and make sure it gets updated for you. However please make sure to double check the address you enter at checkout, because if we are unable to change it in time, or if you don't realise, we will have to wait for the order to be returned to us, and then proceed with resending it to your correct address (buyers are responsible for any extra shipping fees).

 

Do you do custom orders? 

Unfortunately not, there's already a lot of work duties to carry out running our shop, so I wouldn't have time to squeeze in any extra work. However if there is a particular sticker design or theme you would like to see feel free to send your suggestions to info@stickwiththeplanco.com

 

Can I modify or change my order? 

We will always do our best to accommodate changes, however this may not be possible during big sales or new release launches, as it will get very tricky to process the orders, and slow everything down. 

 

 Something is wrong with my order, missing/wrong/damaged items?

Although I always try to make sure every order is perfect, sometimes mistakes are made! So if there is a problem with your order, please just send me an email to let me know (ideally with pictures of the issue if there is a damaged or defective item), and I will resolve the issue for you ASAP! 

 

Can I cancel my order? 

We gladly accept cancellations within 2 hours of ordering, so just get in touch and let us know, and we'll get everything sorted out for you. 

 

How much will my customs fees be?

Customs fees can vary widely from country to country, so please check your local customs office/website for information. It is a legal requirement that we fill out our customs forms correctly, so will not mark your order as a gift to skip customs. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees and import taxes. 

 

Do you have an coupon codes?

All orders include a mini freebie sticker sheet and a thank you card as standard. There may be extra freebies up for grabs during special events or sales, which will be advertised at the time of purchasing. 

If you do not see any coupon codes or sales advertised in our recent social media posts, or on our website, then there aren't any currently active.
